MEMBER DISCOUNT PRICING
Take Advantage of Your Membership! Indicate your name and member number on the attention line when ordering. Member prices, where stated, apply tothe purchase of a single copy of mostbooks, conferences, courses and all periodicals. All purchases are for personal use only.
BOOK DEALER DISCOUNTS

PAYMENT INFORMATION
U.S. and international orders will incur shipping and handling charges. Please see the chart below for exact charges.
PAYMENT TERMS
U.S. and Canadian Orders
Make checks payable to ASME. ASME also accepts MasterCard, VISA, American Express, Discover and Euro Card. Canadian purchasers add GST/HST at the rate applicable to your province or territory. European Union add EU-VAT, or furnish exemption certificate.
Most shipments within the U.S. are made by United Parcel Service.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
Advance payment is required for all international orders. ASME accepts credit cards, wire transfers and checks written in some international currencies. Visit for ASME Payment Methods.

Orders without payment and/or quote requests will receive a Pro forma (order detail) invoice showing all charges (including shipping/handling, applicable taxes). Orders received with payment will be invoiced for shipping/handling charges and applicable taxes.

CLAIMS
Claims for non-receipt of orders will be honored within three months of date of shipment on U.S. and Canadian orders, and six months on international orders. Please refer to your account number and order number when making inquiries.
RETURN POLICY
- ASME will replace defective products and accept returns from improperly filled orders with prior authorization from ASME Customer Care.
- Request a return authorization from ASME Customer Care within 30 days of invoice date. An ASME Customer Care Representative will provide a return authorization number and shipping instructions to our warehouse.
- If possible, please enclose a copy of the packing list with the product you are returning. If not, please enclose your account number, order number, name, company, telephone, fax number, email address, and the reason you are returning the product.
- All other returns must be received within 60 days of the invoice date with prior authorization and the associated return authorization date from ASME’s Customer Care. All returns may be subject to a 10% restocking fee. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
- ASME reserves the right to determine if an improper or incomplete return will be destroyed or returned to the consumer at the consumer's expense. No funds will be refunded or credited to an account without the return authorization number.
- All sales on software products and Print-on-demand books are final.
