Chris Kondogiani, an engineer, investor, and entrepreneur, is the founder and CEO of Noble Gas Systems, a venture-backed conformable hydrogen tank manufacturer headquartered in Southeast Michigan. Chris began his career as a Mechanical Engineer at Chrysler, where he spent over a decade gaining experience in product development and high-volume manufacturing. Motivated by an interest in innovation, and a desire to see more of the big picture, he transitioned into the start-up world, working with companies focused on fuel cells and vehicle electrification. In 2012, Chris co-founded Third Shore Group, an investment and advisory firm that supported early-stage technologies and helped launch several new companies. In 2018, he founded Noble Gas Systems, which is now a leader in the development and production of conformable, high-pressure hydrogen storage. Chris holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Purdue University, a Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Michigan, and an MBA from the Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan.
