Sol Rosenbaum

Sol Rosenbaum, PE, CEM is the Owner and Managing Engineer of SR Engineering & Consulting. He holds a BS and MS in Mechanical Engineering from Columbia University. Sol entered the energy engineering world working on large scale ESPC projects before moving towards the business side with a role that combined business development and technical oversight. He then opened his own firm in 2007, SR Engineering & Consulting, before stepping away from it in 2017 due to burn out. He re-opened his firm in 2020 and has successfully scaled it since then.

SR Engineering & Consulting operates at the intersection of the engineering and mortgage finance worlds by providing various support services in the due diligence process.
